  • Performance Recovery Session for Athletes & High Performers

RAPIDÉ is Singapore’s private performance recovery centre. Experience clinician-guided recovery designed to accelerate athletic recovery, enhance performance, and build long term resilience.

    Why Training Hard Isn’t Enough

Most athletes optimise their training and neglect their recovery. When stress accumulates faster than the body repairs it, inflammation rises, muscle soreness compounds, and joint pain follows. That gap is where performance erodes.

Recovery from intense training cannot be passive. Elevated inflammation, depleted glycogen, and nervous system fatigue require active intervention. Clinician-guided recovery supports the body’s repair process, helping athletes adapt, perform better, and sustain performance long term.

    • Inflammation, muscle soreness, and joint pain signal accumulated stress
    • Training without proper recovery increases injury risk
    • Athletes benefit from structured, clinician-guided recovery

    Performance Recovery Services

Four clinician-curated recovery therapies. Each targets a specific physiological problem, from inflammation to cellular repair.

    Cryotherapy for Athletes

Nitrogen-free whole-body cryotherapy at -86°C. Reduces inflammation, clears metabolic waste, and accelerates return to training.

    360° Red Light Therapy

Full-body red light stimulates mitochondrial repair, tissue healing, and cellular regeneration at depth. The only 360° full-body red light in Singapore.

    Cold Plunge

Controlled cold immersion designed to reduce inflammation, support muscle recovery, and stimulate circulation. An effective method for athletes to accelerate recovery and restore the body after intense training.

    Finnish Sauna

Traditional dry heat therapy that promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and supports recovery through deep sweating. Ideal for reducing muscular tension and supporting overall wellness.

The Benefits of Professional Athletic Recovery

The gap between athletes who plateau and those who continue to improve is found in what happens between sessions. Recovery treated as a discipline compounds over time.

    Reduced Inflammation

Targeted recovery methods help regulate inflammatory responses and reduce post-exercise muscle and joint stress.

    Faster Recovery

Cold, heat, and red light support cellular repair, restore energy production, and clear metabolic waste.

    Injury Prevention

Improved tissue health, collagen support, and vascular function help reduce injury risk over time.

    Better Circulation

Contrast therapy improves vascular elasticity, supporting nutrient delivery and waste removal.

    Nervous System Reset

Cold exposure helps regulate the autonomic nervous system, improving the body’s transition between stress and recovery.

    Performance Longevity

Structured recovery helps athletes manage physiological load and sustain high performance over the long term.

I was referred by Dr. Gow to Rapid physio to treat my three partially torn ankle ligaments. John was my therapist and as part of the treatment I went to both the Tanjong Pagar branch as well as the newly opened Rapide Recovery Atelier at Robertson Quay. The equipment is state-of-the-art with some not commonly found in gyms, and they are picked to facilitate my rehabilitation in a comprehensive manner. John was a very experienced professional and very friendly. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me a well rounded rehab plan tailored to my progress and my timescales, encouraging me along the way to make the next step. What I like in particular was how upfront John was. When he felt that I no longer needed further treatment, he told me so frankly. It was to his credit that I managed to get well in time for my year end holiday trip, something which I am grateful for.

Wonderful experience - great for recovery
Rapide is truly a one-stop-shop for anyone serious about their health and recovery. I’ve been seeing Johan Abraham for physiotherapy post ankle surgery, and the level of expertise here is unmatched.

What sets this place apart is the seamless transition between clinical care and performance training. The gym space is massive and stocked with top-of-the-line equipment both machines and free weights are high-end. Beyond the lifting, the wellness facilities are excellent:

Contrast Therapy: The cold plunges are set at different temperatures, making the circuit between ice and sauna incredibly smooth.

Amenities: High-quality red light therapy and excellent Pilates classes.

The best part is the staff. Having quality physios and trainers working together under one roof ensures you’re actually guided toward your goals safely. Highly recommend for anyone looking to combine strength and wellness.

Facility is fully equipped for your strength and physio recovery training. Kelvin has been a great help in getting me back to my pre-operation fitness and has also provided professional feedback in understanding my current fitness condition. Rapidé has proven to be great in both services and providing a conducive environment for their clients.
